In the middle of the Land of the White Mountains and in the biosphere reserve Rhön, idyllically located on a forest meadow, awaits you our small family-run holiday hotel. Not far away from the Rhön village Sünna in the Valley of the Golden Aue, surrounded by pure nature is the Kelten-Hotel. Take a restful break in one of our cozy rooms and let our chefs spoil you with regional and Celtic cuisine. The restaurant with an open fireplace invites you to linger. Dine from our extensive menu or enjoy a couple of lovely hours to two at a candle-lit dinner. In the summer, you can let the soul dangle on the summer sun terrace or at the swimming pool. We have a nice package for every season. Discover Thuringia, Hesse and Bavaria, hiking, cycling, Nordic walking and a round trip, as well as the numerous excursion destinations, such as the Wartburg, Point Alpha, the memorial in Merkers or the cathedral in Fulda. Numerous certified hikes in the region show the versatility of the Rhön, among others the Premiumwanderweg Celtic trail with hiking park directly at the hotel. It takes you on 17 km around the Dietrichsberg and to the summit of the Öchsenberg with a fantastic panorama view over Waldhessen, the Hohe Rhön and the Thuringian Forest. For conferences and workshops we have a seminar room with daylight with a capacity for up to 30 people. An adventure playground and indoor games corner make the hotel and the complex the perfect place for children and families. A special highlight is the Celtic village and the bow stand opposite. Lovingly and individually furnished rooms invite you to enjoy. Our cozy rooms are equipped with bath, shower, WC, hairdryer, flat screen TV and radio. All rooms have box spring beds, a desk, chairs, Rocking chairs a closet and a luggage rack. All rooms are non-smoking and feature Wi-Fi.
